1. Klik slide yang akan kita rubah backgroundnya, lalu klik kanan mouse sampai timbul tampilan menu Format background

2. Pilih menu " Picture or texture fill "

3. Pada bagian insert from, pilih " File " akan muncul kotak dialog seperti ini :

4. Pada bagian Fill in, cari posisi dimana gambar yang akan kita jadikan background itu berada dengan menekan tombol arah panah kebawah

5. Setelah gambar ditemukan, klik insert

6. Kita akan dikembalikan ke kotak menu format background, settinglah tata letak & transparansi gambar tersebut

7. Tekan close jika hanya menginginkan slide itu saja yang berubah backgroundnya

8. Jika semua slide mau dirubah menjadi background gambar itu, klik tombol "Apply to All"
